This inspection is a comprehensive evaluation of a home that will determine the condition of most visible and readily accessible components. A free Thermal Imaging scan of the home is included with a complete inspection. After the inspection, a full report of our findings will be available within 24 hours—often the same day!

Aerial Drone Photography is utilized as necessary to inspect roofing systems that are exceedingly difficult or unsafe to access. A Moisture Meter reading will be taken for certain components that are suspected of facilitating moisture penetration inside the home.

Commercial Property Inspections
This inspection service is an investigative evaluation of a commercial property’s condition. There is no limit to the property’s size. By thoroughly inspecting a commercial building, we strive to keep you informed of potential issues so that you can seek solutions and have confidence in the viability of a prospective investment.
Pre-Listing Inspection
Selling a home can be just as stressful as buying one, but this inspection can be extremely helpful. We’ll evaluate the property’s condition before you make a listing so that you have an opportunity to correct known issues or otherwise communicate them before any kind of negotiations are underway.
New Construction Inspection
This inspection should be scheduled before the builder of your new home performs a final walkthrough of the property. We’ll arrive on-site to thoroughly evaluate the new construction and any mechanical systems that have been installed. We’ll then inform you of our unbiased findings so that you’ll have the opportunity to explore solutions for potential issues while the builder is still under contract.
New Construction Phase Inspections
Phase Inspections will take place at several key stages of construction on a new home. By periodically inspecting a home while construction is in progress, we’ll be able to discover potential issues before they become difficult for the builders to access and address.
11th Month Warranty Inspection
This inspection should be scheduled before the warranty expires on your new home—usually within the first year of your move-in. We’ll inspect the home’s readily accessible areas with the aim of identifying emergent issues or errors in the home’s construction that were previously overlooked. If we discover anything that’s not quite right, your warranty could potentially cover all or a portion of the repair costs.
Re-Inspections
Re-Inspections should be scheduled after the seller of a home has taken action to correct an issue that we discovered during a previous inspection. We’ll come back to the property to take a second look, ensuring that the original issue has been resolved and that no other issues have emerged since your original inspection.
Mold Inspection
This inspection will test a home for an existing mold problem so that you’re aware of the issue before a real estate transaction is finalized. We’ll also scope out the property for signs of structural moisture penetration—an issue that is often directly responsible for mold development.
Radon Testing
The risk of a home being contaminated by radon is difficult to assess without having it professionally tested. Radon is odorless and invisible, requiring advanced equipment for detection—and while the gas naturally forms underground, it’s a gamble to bank on it staying there. Radon is often able to escape the ground and contaminate homes, where it can seriously affect the health of residents. In fact, radon is the leading cause of lung cancer among nonsmokers. Before you buy a home, we strongly recommend scheduling this service.
Water Testing
We all know how important clean water is, and by virtue of that common knowledge, it’s important to have a home’s water supply tested. This inspection service will take water samples from the tap and well to send off for laboratory testing, where specialists will look for signs of harmful heavy metal contamination.
